Our 14-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we will let you know of the return address. Shipping costs will always need to be covered by you. 

Damaged and Missing Items

We prioritize fairness and transparency, so we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video immediately upon receiving your order. This allows us to verify the condition of the items and assist you if you need to request a refund.
Please note that we may decline any claims regarding damaged or missing products if a full, unedited unboxing video is not provided.

Exceptions

Please note that the external packaging (album jacket, box, cover, box) of of the products serves exclusively to protect the contents.

It is also important to keep in mind that photocards, posters and other merchandise are often made from very delicate and fragile materials.

Therefore, very small imperfections, manufacturing defects, color variations, scratches and dents may be present. They are not to be considered defects and do not under any circumstances constitute a reason for return, refund, complaint or replacement of the goods.

Replacements

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
